Individual Counseling
Maybe you're in the middle of something hard. Maybe something's shifting and you don't have words for it yet. We work with the stories your body is still carrying, the patterns you keep finding yourself back in, the attachment stuff underneath all of it, the parts of you that got left behind a long time ago. And the basics: sleep, your nervous system, the rhythms of your actual daily life that shape you more than anyone admits.
You were never broken. This isn't about fixing you. It's about coming back to yourself, the clinical and the contemplative both, the science and the mystery.
Relationship Counseling
In relationship counseling, I work with couples finding their way back to each other. Emotionally, physically, relationally. Whether you're dealing with disconnection, changes in sexuality or desire, or just wanting more depth with each other, we start by slowing down. Listening to yourselves, to each other, and to what's gone unsaid for too long.
Using somatic work, present-moment awareness, and real curiosity about your own particular patterns, we go underneath the surface stuff. For families, I hold space for transition, grief, and conflict, and give you actual tools for repair, not just better communication scripts.
Relationship counseling here is for every relationship structure.
Adolescent Counseling
Adolescent counseling offers a safe space for young people to explore the challenges they face, from navigating relationships to managing stress and building resilience. I work with teens to help them better understand their emotions and develop the tools they need to thrive. Through compassionate guidance and techniques like EMDR, I support them in uncovering their strength and finding healing in the process. Together, we’ll move toward meaningful growth and a deeper sense of self.
My Approach
I work with what your body is already holding: the tension that shows up before you can name what's wrong, the patterns that keep replaying no matter how much insight you've gained, the exhaustion of living out of sync with yourself. Together we slow down and get curious about all of it, including the things most therapy never touches, like sleep, hormones, nervous system regulation, and the rhythms that shape how you think and feel far more than people realize.
My approach draws from depth psychology, somatic therapy, EMDR, and parts-based frameworks. But more than any modality, what guides the work is a belief that you are not broken and never were. You are someone who has adapted brilliantly to hard things. Therapy here is about returning to yourself more fully and trusting that your body already knows the way.
