Relationship Counseling

​In relationship counseling, I work with couples and families to help them reconnect, communicate more openly, and navigate the complexities of intimacy and sexuality. Whether you’re facing emotional disconnection, challenges in your sexual relationship, or simply seeking to deepen your bond, we will explore what’s at the heart of your struggles with compassion and care. Through trust-based practices, somatic techniques, and a focus on your unique needs, I guide you in creating a space where emotional and physical intimacy can flourish. For families, I also help navigate the difficult terrain of conflict, loss, and significant life changes, supporting healing and stronger connections.

Adolescent Counseling

Adolescent counseling offers a safe space for young people to explore the challenges they face, from navigating relationships to managing stress and building resilience. I work with teens to help them better understand their emotions and develop the tools they need to thrive. Through compassionate guidance and techniques like EMDR, I support them in uncovering their strength and finding healing in the process. Together, we’ll move toward meaningful growth and a deeper sense of self.
