Relationship Counseling
In relationship counseling, I support couples in finding their way back to connection—emotionally, physically, and relationally. Whether you’re navigating disconnection, shifts in sexuality or desire, or simply craving deeper intimacy, our work begins with slowing down and listening—to yourselves, to each other, and to what’s been left unsaid.

With the help of somatic practices, present-moment awareness, and curiosity about your unique relational patterns, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface. For families, I hold space for the complexity of transition, grief, and conflict, offering tools to support repair and strengthen your bond.
Adolescent Counseling
Adolescent counseling offers a safe space for young people to explore the challenges they face, from navigating relationships to managing stress and building resilience. I work with teens to help them better understand their emotions and develop the tools they need to thrive. Through compassionate guidance and techniques like EMDR, I support them in uncovering their strength and finding healing in the process. Together, we’ll move toward meaningful growth and a deeper sense of self.
